Medicare Advantage

Devoted Health

Providence has announced a 2027 partnership with Devoted Health, offering a Medicare Advantage option with access to participating Providence physicians, clinics, and hospitals.

  • Potential access to participating Providence providers
  • Plan-based prescription drug coverage
  • Additional dental, vision, fitness, and other benefits on select plans
  • Provider networks and plan availability must be checked
Original Medicare

Original Medicare + Supplement

Explore Original Medicare, a Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policy, and a separate Part D prescription drug plan.

  • See Medicare-participating providers nationwide
  • Medigap can help pay eligible cost sharing
  • Separate Part D may be needed for prescriptions
  • Special Medigap enrollment protections may apply when a plan ends
Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP)

For Members Who Also Have Medicaid

If you have both Medicare and Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) coverage, a Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan may be your path — and for Providence dual members, an automatic transition is already in place.

CareOregon Advantage Plus

  • Confirmed automatic transition on January 1, 2027 for qualifying Providence Medicare Dual Plus members who also have Oregon Health Plan coverage
  • Providence Medical Group participates in CareOregon's network in 2027

Wellcare Trillium Dual Select Sync

  • A potential alternative D-SNP, subject to county, Medicaid alignment, and enrollment eligibility
  • Medicaid coverage generally must be aligned with Trillium, or an eligibility exception must apply — this has to be checked before switching
